Intuitive Insights Magnetic Thoughts

Unraveling the ideas that come to me seems to have taken a  couple of years.I still get new insights that come up and I want to put them into words but they fly by like birds in the air-If I don’t write them down right away the ideas drift off into the distance.Perhaps the important ones stay with me but often I think they are all important. I have been reading  Sandra Ann Taylor’s “28 Days To a More Magnetic Life”. In this book she discusses the forces of magnetism aren’t as mystical as you might think.By switching your energy just a little each day , you can change the direction of your life. I loved the idea of switching just a little each day.Often, I have fragmented thinking receiving information in many directions so I find myself trying to stay in the moment. I think that all the energy that I acquire with these thoughts can make a person feel torn and remembering to pull that energy back and contain it while visualizing peace  makes me feel whole again.I love the chapter on personal power. She talks about directing your personal choices and how sometimes it takes a lot of courage to assume the power in your own life.Remind yourself that you are the authority in your own life, especially when you have been in the habit of giving it away. This is a fine line for people who are helpers and assist other people in your life whether through work or family. There are so many parts of this book that I love. Maybe we can remind ourselves with an affirmation which she has many of at the end of each chapter. Here is a great one-”My thoughts have real power in my life and I always choose to have power over my thoughts.”
Love and light,
Deborah
